1. What countries do you ship to?
We ship to Canada, the United States and any other International country.
2. How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and Paypal; please note purchase totals are calculated in Canadian currency.
3. What if I need to return or exchange the merchandise?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund. We exchange or refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. All returns back to us will be sent to our address on the invoice and will be at your expense. For a return, we will refund you the full amount based on the original method of payment and for an exchange, we will gladly send you another item that better suits you.

4. How is sales tax caculated?
All orders from Canada will be charged 14% sales tax, based on Ontario’s tax laws. Orders outside of Canada are shipped tax free; the recipient is responsible for all duties, sales taxes and other local charges upon delivery of package.
